Compliance/ Accreditation Specialist

Qualifications expected:


1.    Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
2.    Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare compliance or accreditation. Experience with Joint Commission, NCQA, or other accreditation bodies.

3.    Skills: In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, OSHA, etc.), ability to lead accreditation processes, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.

4.    Certifications: Certified Healthcare Compliance (CHC) preferred.

Healthcare IT Specialist

Qualifications expected:


1.    Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare IT, computer science, or related field.
2.    Experience: 3-5 years of experience in healthcare IT systems (EHR, EMR), healthcare information security, and technology integration in healthcare settings.
3.    Skills: Knowledge of healthcare IT systems (Epic, Cerner, etc.), network management, cybersecurity in healthcare, and troubleshooting.

4.    Certifications: Healthcare Information Security and Privacy Practitioner (HCISPP) or Certified Healthcare Technology Specialist (CHTS) preferred.

 Training and Development Specialist

Qualifications expected:


1.    Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in education, human resources, or healthcare administration.
2.    Experience: 3-5 years of experience designing and delivering training programs, preferably in a healthcare environment.
3.    Skills: Expertise in instructional design, strong presentation skills, ability to assess staff competency, and develop tailored programs for healthcare providers.

4.    Certifications: Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) preferred.

 Marketing/Business Development Manager

Qualifications expected:


1.    Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
2.    Experience: 5+ years in healthcare marketing, business development, or consulting services.
3.    Skills: Strong knowledge of healthcare marketing strategies, client acquisition, branding, and strategic planning.

Qualifications expected:
