Compliance/ Accreditation Specialist
Qualifications expected:
1. Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
2. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare compliance or accreditation. Experience with Joint Commission, NCQA, or other accreditation bodies.
3. Skills: In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, OSHA, etc.), ability to lead accreditation processes, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.
4. Certifications: Certified Healthcare Compliance (CHC) preferred.
Healthcare IT Specialist
Qualifications expected:
